The powerful CNC horizontal milling and boring machine is suitable for parts with a wide range of deep hole and cavity, and it is widely used in general machinery, ships, engineering machinery, aerospace and other industries.
Structural features:The machine tool is in a structure of T-shaped layout and square ram arranged in the headstock.
Basic parts:cast with high-strength cast iron material and resin sand process, ram is made of high-strength ductile cast iron.
Spindle group:High rotary speed and large torque, homemade headstock is supported by precision imported bearings.
Guide rail:X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis are equipped with the integrated steel-inserted guide rail
Drive:The X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, V-axis and W-axis adopt servo motor to drive the ball lead screw via the reducing mechanism, and the B-axis is the classic double worm gear & worm structure.

1,Powerful Dynamic Performance: Boring bar diameter of 130mm, milling spindle power ranging from 41 to 49kW, and maximum torque of 3600 Nm, capable of handling various high-intensity cutting operations.​
2,Wide Machining Range: X-axis travel offers multiple specifications, optional from 2000mm to 4000mm; Y-axis travel ranges from 2500 to 3000mm; Z-axis travel ranges from 2000 to 2500mm. The maximum worktable load capacity reaches 30,000kg, suitable for large and complex workpieces.​
3,Precise Motion Control: X, Y, and Z axes all adopt hard rails, matched with ball screws, with a rapid traverse speed of 6m/min, ensuring accurate positioning, stable operation, and strong rigidity.​
4,Rich Machining Functions: Equipped with multiple machining capabilities including boring, milling, drilling, reaming, counterboring, and turning. The B-axis rotates 360° to realize multi-sided machining, and supports multi-axis linkage to meet the needs of complex contour machining.​
5,Flexible Configuration Options: Optional Fanuc or Siemens CNC systems (e.g., SIEMENS 828D). Accessories such as CNC faceplates can be equipped on demand to expand the machine's machining process scope.
